Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after your order has been processed.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically take 7-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Lost or Damaged Packages Gigi's Treasure Box is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will work to make it right.
